Bengaluru recorded 51 new project registrations with K-RERA in October: 35 group-housing, 14 plotted and 2 mixed projects. Between them they hold 9,994 homes and 1,717 plots.
Where
Anekal taluk led with 3,910 homes, followed by Bengaluru East with about 2,800 and Hoskote with about 1,700. The two largest projects were Candeur Icon in Bengaluru East, registered in two phases with 2,070 homes, and Mana Skanda The Right Life in Anekal, in three phases with 1,991 homes.
Against September
September's count has grown as late registrations were added. It now stands at 48 projects and about 11,400 homes, against the 46 projects and 10,360 homes BREI reported on 30 September. On the current count, October had more projects than September but fewer homes.
What a registration means
A registration is a launch, or about to be one. It is the point at which homes can be sold, so these figures measure supply coming onto the market, not homes being bought.
