BREI Enquire

Early-stage partnerships

Family offices, funds and strategic partners sometimes enter a project at the land or pre-development stage, alongside the developer. If you look at opportunities like these in Bengaluru, BREI can research the site and its market for you, and introduce you to developers it follows where both sides want that.

What BREI does

  • Researches the site and its market. The catchment, the supply competing with the site, how fast comparable projects are selling, and the infrastructure around it.
  • Makes introductions. One to one and in confidence, to developers BREI follows, and only where both sides want the introduction.

What BREI does not do

  • No dealing in investments. BREI does not offer, arrange, broker or sell any investment. It does not take or pool money, act for anyone in a securities transaction, or promise or forecast returns.
  • No fundraising or pre-launch sales. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, an invitation to take part in a private placement, or a recommendation to invest in any project. BREI does not publish or pass round any project's fundraising, and it does not introduce anyone to buy homes in a project before the project is registered.
  • No part in the deal. Any arrangement is agreed directly between the investor and the developer, on their own documents and terms. Take your own legal, tax and financial advice before you commit.

Fees

On this route BREI is paid only for research and site assessments. It charges no introduction fee, brokerage or success fee tied to any investment or transaction, and it is paid by one side only. If an introduction follows research that one side paid for, BREI tells the other side who paid.
