About BREI
Bengaluru Real Estate Insider is an independent research desk on Bengaluru real estate. It tracks what is coming to the market before it launches, and reports what that means for supply and for the corridors around it.
What BREI publishes
- Briefings. The full version of what @RealEstateBLU posts: upcoming projects, launches, infrastructure and policy.
- The pipeline map. Where upcoming supply sits across the city, shown in aggregate.
Independence
- No developer pays for coverage, and coverage cannot be bought.
- BREI does not sell property, take bookings or handle payments for any property.
- Paid work, such as feasibility studies, never changes what BREI publishes.
How figures are handled
- A project is described as upcoming, or in the pipeline, until it launches.
- Estimates are labelled as estimates.
- Every figure is checked before it is published.
Corrections
If a figure BREI has published turns out to be wrong, it is corrected publicly the same day, here and on X. To report an error, use the enquiry form.
