Land and joint development
If you own land and are deciding whether to sell or to enter a joint development, it helps to see the land the way a developer will. BREI can give you that view before you negotiate.
What we can look at
- What the land could carry. The kind of project the location supports, given what has launched nearby and what is in the pipeline.
- What would compete with it. Upcoming and recent projects in the same catchment.
- How JD terms compare. The ranges of revenue or area share seen in joint developments nearby, where they can be established. These are estimates and are labelled as such.
- Who is active nearby. Developers building in the area, if you want introductions.
How it works
- Tell us about the land. Location, approximate size and whether you are thinking of selling or a joint development.
- A first view. We reply with what we can and cannot say about the site, and what a fuller look would involve.
- Next steps. If it helps, a written assessment, and introductions to developers active in the area. Introductions happen only with your agreement.
Fees
If BREI is paid for an assessment or an introduction, it tells you who is paying before any work starts.
Before you share documents
You do not need to send title documents to start. If a conversation goes further, share only what is needed, and take independent legal advice on title and on any joint development agreement. BREI does not give legal advice.
